1. Who we are
RobinDraw ("we", "us") operates robindraw.com, a free online tool for generating round robin schedules and publishing live tournament pages. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the site.
2. Data you enter
You may enter team names, scores, match settings, and other tournament details. This content is used only to generate schedules, standings, and shareable tournament pages you request.
Do not submit sensitive personal data (government IDs, health information, passwords) into team name or notes fields.
3. Browser local storage
RobinDraw may store data in your browser's local storage to improve convenience — for example, recent generator history or UI preferences on your device.
This data stays on your device unless you clear site data in your browser. We do not use local storage to track you across unrelated websites.
4. Published live tournaments
When you publish a tournament, schedule and score data is stored on our servers so edit, score, and view links work for organizers, referees, and spectators.
Anyone with a valid link can access data according to that link's permission level. Edit links can change schedules and scores — treat them like passwords.

5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, general geography, device type). Google may set cookies or use similar technologies. You can opt out via Google's tools or browser extensions. See Google's privacy policy for how they process analytics data.
6. Advertising (Google AdSense)
RobinDraw may display ads served by Google AdSense or other partners. Ad partners may use cookies, mobile identifiers, or similar technologies to show and measure ads, subject to their policies and your consent where required.
You can manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings. EU/UK users may see a consent message before non-essential cookies load.
7. Third-party services
These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and under their own terms.

8. Data retention and deletion
Published tournament data remains until you delete it or we remove inactive events under our maintenance policy.
To request deletion of published tournament data or ask what we store about your event, email us with the tournament link or ID.
9. Children
RobinDraw is a general-purpose sports tool not directed at children under 13. Organizers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent when minors participate in events they manage.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
